Established in 1993, and born in the tradition of delicious creations from my mother's kitchen, Cuisine d'Art is a dedicated purveyor of fine quality foods and exceptional service. -Beth Williams
Cuisine d'Art Catering began as a home-based business with word-of-mouth advertising. Quickly outgrowing the residential kitchen, we moved into our first facility in Eureka, MO. Our focus was full-service catering and we handled events with as many as 200 persons.
With our growing client list we needed to expand, consequently, we moved into a larger facility, also in Eureka, which accommodated a full-service catering kitchen. We were now able to handle events for up to 500 persons and launched our Casual Catering division which serviced clients who just needed food prepared. It was at this time that we opened our first signature café, a charming European style café seating forty persons.
Our present location is yet a much larger facility and accommodates a large full-service catering kitchen, as well as an on-site event space that seats up to 50 guests. As growth would have it, we can now handle events up to 2000 persons as well as our increased services with Casual Catering. We are located in the heart of Creve Coeur in West St. Louis County and we have continued our signature café by housing 80 seats along with outdoor dining.

Without a doubt, Beth is the energy behind Cuisine d'Art. That energy is channeled into the marketing and creative side of the business. Having a true talent in public relations, Beth handles all the clients and ensures that all have a pleasant and memorable experience. Beth holds degrees in Business Management, Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies.
Brenda A. Harris, Owner and Chef
When the pressure is on, Brenda is the calm force at the helm of the ship. Brenda began her career on the west coast and attended California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Upon her return to St. Louis, she worked for many years at Hunter's Hollow Inn and Restaurant, a destination restaurant in southwest St. Louis. With many hours logged in the restaurant industry and her specialized training, Brenda is key to holding all the operational and technical aspects of the business together.
